Combining my favorite toy line from the 1970's, the Micronauts and one of my all time classic comic book covers, X-Men 102...I had the vision to combine the two to bring you this!
This is the FIRST project for the T-Shirt Art Gallery, our goal is to support artists and provide the world with unique and awesome t-shirts!
I contacted Nate K, who is excellent at drawing Transformers and mechanical art and I knew he would be perfect for this. I told him my vision and he by far exceeding my expectations! His art captures the energy of that classic X-Men cover and adds a dynamic battle between lifelong enemies Baron Karza and Force Commander.
The art is perfect for a t-shirt but I wanted to do a little more...so I asked Jason Cortez to color in the art for the art print and I was blown away when he showed me the final!
I am so happy to support fellow artists and give them work, that is one of the goals for The T-Shirt Art Gallery.
